一、办理个人开户所需材料

　　1.本人有效身份证件
　　Valid Personal Identity Certificate
　　香港、澳门特别行政区居民为港澳居民往来内地通行证或港澳居民居住证；
　　The Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, or the Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, if you are a resident from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or Macau Special Administrative Region;
　　台湾地区居民为台湾居民来往大陆通行证或台湾居民居住证；
　　The Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, or the Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents, if you are a resident from the Taiwan region;
　　外国公民为外国人永久居留身份证或者护照。
　　The Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card or the passport, if you are a foreign citizen.　
　　2.如您因工作或学习等理由长期居住在中国境内，需要开立账户。建议可同时提供工作证明、收入证明或学生证等资料，这将有效提升开户审核效率并有助于我们为您提供更好的服务。
　　If you reside in China for a long period of time for work, study or other purposes, and need to open an account, it is recommended that you provide supporting documents such as the proof of employment, income verification, or student ID, which will help us process your application more effectively and provide better service for you.
　　3.《个人税收居民身份声明文件》
　　Individual Tax Residency Self-certification Form
　　备注：声明为中国税收居民的，需提供中国税收居民身份证明材料，持有外国人永久居留身份证、港澳台居民居住证的境外来华人员办理的开户业务，可不要求提供其他中国税收居民身份证明材料。
　　Note: For those who declare themselves as Chinese tax residents, they need to provide proof of Chinese tax resident identification materials. For overseas personnel who hold foreign permanent residence identity cards or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan resident residence cards to handle account opening business in China, they may not be required to provide other proof of Chinese tax resident identification materials.
　　中国税收居民税收身份证明材料（满足其一即可）:税务部门向个人出具的《中国税收居民身份证明》；中华人民共和国居民身份证；外国人永久居留身份证；个人在中国境内居住满183天的证明材料，如护照记载的出入境记录；其他有效证明材料。
　　Proof of tax status of Chinese tax residents (meeting one of them is sufficient): Certificate of Chinese Tax Resident issued to the individual by the tax authorities; Resident ID Card of the People's Republic of China; Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card; Documents proving that the individual has lived in China for 183 days, such as entry and exit records recorded in the passport； other valid documents.
　　中国税收居民判断标准：在中国境内有住所，或者无住所而在一个纳税年度内在中国境内居住累计满183天的个人应认定为中国税收居民。在中国境内有住所是指因户籍、家庭、经济利益关系而在中国境内习惯性居住。
　　Criteria for determining Chinese tax residents: Individuals who have a domicile in China, or who do not have a domicile but have resided in China for a total of 183 days in a taxable year shall be recognized as tax residents of China. Having a residence in China means habitually residing in China because of domicile, family, economic interests .
　　二、办理地点

　　开户申请人可以选择本行任意营业机构开立个人账户。
　　Applicants may choose any in-service branch of our Bank for opening a personal savings account.
　　三、办理时限
　　Account Opening Time Standard
　　请您积极协助我行完成身份识别、尽职调查等工作。当您的开户资料真实完整、身份核实无异常的情况下，我行承诺当日完成开户，账户即开即用。
　　Please actively assist our bank to complete the due diligence of identity identification. When your account opening information is true and complete and there is no abnormal identity verification , our bank promises to complete the account opening on the same day, and the account will be used immediately.
　　四、资费标准
　　Fee Standard
　　我行免收IC 卡年费，IC 卡工本费请以我行官网公示为准。官网查询方式为：登陆官方网站(www.jinzhoubank.com)，点击"收费标准"。
　　Annual fee for IC card is exempted in our Bank. Cost of IC card is subject to the official website of our bank. The query method on the official website is to: log in the official website (www.jinzhoubank.com), and click on the "Fee Standard ".
